Special Issue
Dear colleagues,
following the collaboration between the Journal of Plankton Research (JPR) and the World Association of Copepodologists (WAC), resulted in the publication of the proceedings of the 2005 meeting in Volume 29 (Suppl. 1) (2007), we are pleased to announce a forthcoming Special Issue in the Journal of Plankton Research entitled: “Advances in Copepod Research”. The issue will collect contributions stemming from the 16th International Conference On Copepoda (ICOC 2027) organized by the WAC, which will be held from 11 to 15 October 2027 in Naples, Italy.
This Special Issue aims to provide a platform for expanded versions of work presented at ICOC 2027 conference, covering recent advances in copepod ecology, evolution and diversity in both marine and freshwater ecosystems.
We invite ICOC 2027 presenters to submit full Research articles, Short Communications, Horizons or Reviews. All submissions will be subject to full peer-review.
