*1 – Students must be registered as undergraduate or graduate students or PhD candidates at the time of registration and are kindly requested to provide the conference secretariat a valid student identity card and University certificate by emailing a scanned copy to: secretary@16icocnaples.com.

The registration fees do not cover insurance for participants against accidents, sickness, cancellation, theft, property loss or damage. Participants are advised to take out adequate personal insurance.
By registering for the conference, you consent to being photographed, filmed or recorded and for this footage to be used for advertising purposes on the 16ICOCNAPLES website and institutional websites.

Cancellation Policy

Notification of cancellation must be made by email to secretary@16icocnaples.com

Cancellation before 15th June 2027: Refund of 100%.

Cancellation from 15th June 2027 to 31st August 2027: Refund of 50%.

Cancellation from 1st September 2027: No refund will be provided.
